You can request permanent deletion of your Sobsomoy account and associated account data even if you no longer have the app installed.
Open Sobsomoy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Profile → Settings → Account.
Select Delete Account.
Review the deletion notice, complete identity verification if requested, and confirm deletion.
After verification and completion, the Sobsomoy account and data associated with that account are deleted or de-identified, including profile information, watch history, playback progress, watchlist, preferences and other account-linked activity, unless a lawful retention exception applies.
Some records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory obligations. Retained records remain protected and are not kept for general account use after deletion.
